About fees and billing
What exactly do I pay?
Only the monthly price of your plan. OFRIVO doesn't add fees to your orders or take a percentage of your sales.
So I keep everything my clients pay?
You keep everything OFRIVO would otherwise take, which is nothing. Your payment provider (Stripe, PayPal, your bank) may charge its own fees, and taxes and refunds work as they always have. Those are between you and them.
Can I change plans later?
Yes. Move between Core and Pro whenever you like from your billing page. Changes are prorated by our payment processor.
What happens to Pro features if I move to Core?
Your page switches back to the Standard layout and Calm motion. Everything else stays the same, including your services and requests.
When will Studio open?
When team features are built and tested. We'd rather not take money for features that don't exist yet, so it isn't for sale.
